Once the alarm stops, the scroll should stop as well. You might need to say "Alexa stop". If the problem persists, remove the AC adapter from the back for 1 minute and plug it back in. That should resolve the problem. Best Regards, iHome Support https://www.ihomeaudio.com/support/
