Review your on-line set up instructions. Make sure you have a good network connection in every room. I had to change to the COX Panorama Network. Cost a little more, worth every penny.

Test the outlet with another appliance to ensure the outlet is working. Sometimes you need to press a reset button. 3. Plug the AC adapter into the back of the iAVS16 and it should power on.
