“i have 2 questions 1) can you change Alexa name ? i don't want to get stuff in the mail because they said it on T V 2) how do you update the clock ? i put it on the wrong time zone but when i changed it back it went back to the wrong time again”

1. The wake word " Alexa" cannot be changed. 2. You can press the mute button on top to avoid Alexa from activating while you are not speaking to "her". 3. When you change the time zone in the iHome iAVS app, you must tap SAVE. Then back out of the App and change back to your correct time zone and SAVE again.
