A:AnswerHi Steve – That will depend on the specifics of your vehicle and the parts you are installing. For a complex install like that, we advise you to reach out to an installer at your local Best Buy before making your purchase so we can be sure you get all the parts you need and that everything will work as expected after the install.
A:AnswerHi Taz – Different install bays have different hours depending on the store, so you’d want to reach out to your local location for their hours. If you aren’t satisfied with the sound of your sub, please reach back out to the Autotech at your local store to go over the install with you.
A:AnswerI believe it's the same price as the first time you installed it. Although they remove the radio for free after installation, I don't think that covers free installations for the life of the radio.
A:Answerbring it back to the location the installed (your warranty is good at all best buys nation wide). have them take a look at it. if its somethin that bby did, then it will be free
A:AnswerHi Audrey. Thanks for your question. You've already got a great understanding so far. There sometimes are different wiring harnesses. One that would allow the steering wheel controls and XM radio work and one that would not. I'd recommend heading into your local Best Buy so we can make sure you get the right kits. You can find information about your local store at www.bestbuy.com/storelocator.
A:AnswerOur Geek Squad AutoTechs have access to all of the items they'd need to complete a car radio installation. However, I would visit your local Geek Squad prior to making an appointment for installation to ensure the items are in stock ahead of time.
A:AnswerDepending on if its outside return policy or not they should be able to return it. But Im figuring since this post was 6 months ago you are outside policy.
A:AnswerOur installation bay will usually schedule installation appointments, so it depends on their schedule for the day. It would also depend on if they have all of the necessary parts on hand to perform the installation. I would suggest going to your local Best Buy store and speaking with a tech in the installation bay.
Thank you.
A:AnswerWhile products can be returned within the designated 15 day return/exchange period, a service completed by the Geek Squad is not refundable. We would need to allow the Geek Squad the opportunity to correct any potential installation problems. You can read more about our Return/Exchange Promise via the link below.
