• It uses two, but does include a cap for the unused inlet if you choose to just use one. Hoses are included in the package.

• It has hot and cold, so two. But if you only have 1 water source like a kitchen sink, you can cap off the other one

• I use one hose and cap the other as I only have one spigot instead of 2.
