• Mine has 2 in the back. You have to tip it backward to roll and move.

• No it has 2 wheels in the back of unit that helps in movement. what I read from previous owners and did was to buy a furniture dolly for about 21$ .what a great idea , It was very easy it elevates the unit close to counter height and it's easy to move about .
