The box is big as it is very well packaged. I'd say that there was at least 6 inches of styrofoam all the way around. So,while we no longer have the box, I'd say between 33 and 36 inches for width and depth and about 40 inches for height. It was also heavy. I'm glad I had it delivered rather than pick it up as I think I would have had problems getting it into the back of my Forrester.

Please try again later.I don't know the exact dimensions...I didn't measure the packing crate when it arrived. but it is sitting on about a 6" Styrofoam platform with a couple of wood slats down inside...the box part is strapped on with straps...I think there was a foam piece on the top also but not on the sides. The box will slide off from the bottom up once you cut the strapping. It wasn't a huge box when I got mine. It was a few inches taller than the machine but about the same width.

The box just slid off, and it had styrofoam on the top and bottom, and thick cardboard corner guides on the sides. Very light. The most you should worry about was that it might add 4 inches to the footprint to the top and bottom.

Since they only offer drop off delivery as their only other option from pick up, a tape measure request shouldn't be too hard an accomodation? Cheers!
