“My shredder sounds like it is working but when I put the paper into the slot the cutters won’t take the paper. How do I get it working again.”

• Try reversing your blades or direction of your shredding. This will clear any build up of paper in the rollers/blades.

• Did you try running it in reverse? If that doesn't clear it, it's probably jammed where you may not be able to see. Maybe a staple got stuck. If you purchased the warranty, call them and troubleshoot with them before deciding what to do next.

• Make sure the blades are clean you could buy special lubricated sheets clean those blades once in a while.
