• need answer still, in automatic unit shout run constantly when paper in the shredder. unit just turns on and off while shedding. does not keep running while shedding

• Have the same problem. Took it apart and it looks like the main control board is bad. If we can't get a replacement reasonably in-expensive. IT"S JUNK.
