Q: QuestionJust setting up the shredder and am unable to remove the lid. I see the handles on the side however, cannot get the lid to budge. Is there a button or some other device to make lid removal easy? Also, where are the wheels? Are they inside the shredder

• A:Answer The top does not come off. There is a handle built into the window on the front of the basket/bucket. Hold down on the top of the machine and pull out the basket/bucket. I went through the same issue as I did not see anything in the instructions.

Q: QuestionI read that some people shredded credit cards in their envelopes with no problem. But I just read that it is not recommended to shred envelopes. Will envelopes damage the shredder? So far, it seems like a great shredder...very quite and fast.
