QuestionIt says it cuts credit cards. However, does it shred the thicker credit cards? I have burned out two other shredders with the thicker credit cards hence why I am looking for a new one.

- Answer I have shred two credit cards stacked at a time, so should be no problem with thick card.

QuestionWon't start - "door open." I've repeatedly refitted the door & checked head fit. All seem to be secure, yet I can't use this. And, wheels were hard to secure in holes and door is tricky to open So far worse shredder ever; haven't used it yet!

QuestionI have that same paper shredder, but when I insert paper the automatic light turns on and off every second, and it shreds it then pauses for a second, stops and then continues and stops again and it's always like that,
