This was my first time purchasing on the Bestbuy website, and dealing with a Marketplace vendor. I received a product that was internally damaged during shipping. There is an extra part that is not secured, and rolls around in the empty basket. The plastic underside of the machine was cracked and pieces are breaking off and continue to fall with every movement. PCOnline LLC was contacted via message chat, and told me that Bestbuy does not allow exchange or replacement for Marketplace purchases, and I need to contact Bestbuy for am exchange or refund. Bestbuy phone customer service says she can't process refund or credit, and that I need to take the item to Bestbuy to process this transaction. I was given the assurance that my issue would be resolved when I hung up the phone. To make a long story short, Bestbuy manager says they can't honor or warrant third party vendor purchases off of Marketplace. All I wanted to do was surrender a damaged and defective item, and stop making payments towards a $165 item. I've already made payments and I'm willing to eat whatever I've paid towards this item, but I should not be responsible for having to pay full price for something that is not full price value. So disappointed that Bestbuy would bend their long time customers over, and subject them to dishonorable third party Marketplace vendor policies and practices.

I am very happy with my Bonsaii - 12-Sheet Micro Cut Shredder. It's efficient, easy to use, and I feel secure knowing my sensitive documents are being shredded securely. The micro-cut feature provides an extra layer of protection, and the shredder is surprisingly quiet during operation. I would highly recommend this shredder to anyone looking for a reliable and effective solution for document destruction.

The shredder works as described. Easy to use, has not jammed and easy to start.

I got this item because I was getting too much mail - junk and legit - with personal indormation that I wanted to destroy. This shredder completely decimates all pertinent details and does so quietly, quickly and efficiently.

Sturdy and shreds to minuscule pieces. It gets hot easily though if used for 2 minutes straight, which is not a big problem but was expecting a 100$ machine not to behave so.
