“Just setting up the shredder and am unable to remove the lid. I see the handles on the side however, cannot get the lid to budge. Is there a button or some other device to make lid removal easy? Also, where are the wheels? Are they inside the shredder”

• The top does not come off. There is a handle built into the window on the front of the basket/bucket. Hold down on the top of the machine and pull out the basket/bucket. I went through the same issue as I did not see anything in the instructions.

• The lid does not lift off. There is a lip at top of clear plastic that you use to pull the shredder basket out. My wheel were in there as well.
