No assembly required. Take it out of the box, plug it in and start shredding. It is really quiet compared to others that I have used. Shredded material looks like confetti, but the bin holding the shredded material is a nail buster when you try to open for emptying.

Just putting the wheels on the bottom of shredder, which was very easy.

Just the wheels. They were taped in the shredder basket. You just push them into place on the bottom of the Shredder. That is it.

Just plug it in and start shredding. The drawer holding the shredded material is always difficult to open and empty. Could use a slight design change to the mechanism holding the bin closed.
