“Did anyone have difficulty opening the paper bin? Any suggestions? It gets stuck every time I try to open it and I'm thinking it may be defective. When I pull on the handle the unit does not release easily, and I literally have to try to pry it apart.”

• Shredder works well but have had this same issue of paper bin getting stuck on the left side. I'm hoping this will improve with continued use.
