Unless your LG phone has an HDMI port which I'm guessing it does not no you can not hook your tv up. You would need somthing such as chrome cast to be able to link your tv with your phone.

I think you might have to get a special USB to HDMI type of cable. Obviously depending on what type of USB port your phone has.

No, these are full size HDMI cables meant for going between home theater components (i.e. Dvd/blu ray or dvr and your tv).

No. This cable has normal HDMI connectors at both ends it is unlikely that your phone has an HDMI output connector. If it does, it will be a miniature size and you would need an HDMI cable with that special connector on one end or an adapter.

It does not. You'd need a different cable. Your phone won't have a full sized HDMI port on it.
