Does this cable support Dolby Vision? null

The cable will pass it through. The main thing is whether or not your TV and media source will support Dolby Vision. If so, then you’re good.

It will more than capably handle 4K (UHD) video signal if that's what you mean. Compatibility with DolbyVision is between an encoded UHD signal (stream) and signal decoding software running the display (TV or monitor).
