• You set that up at the time of the new purchase, generally a $10 to $25 fee added to the order, or sometimes free. Best Buy is very good about their pickup and delivery policies.

• I don't know how the old one will be taken away but you can contact customer service to make arrangement with them to see what they can do to help. You can order service through the Geek squad. They are very efficient.
