Just bought my first stand up freezer and i couldnt be more happy with the product quaility, size, sleekness and price. Best Buy has made this one of the best purchases and easiest deliveries ive ever experienced. Now i need to fill it. Lol

I love this freezer/refrigerator!. I love it so much I bought another one! I personally use both of them as freezers but I love the option of converting it to a refrigerator if I wanted to. The coldest setting is -11* which is super cold. The 21cu ft unit is nice and large with 2 drawers, several shelves and compartments on the door. It’s super quiet and an alarm goes off if the door is left open too long. I highly recommend this product.

This is our first upright freezer, and not only was this one à great price, it was exactly what we needed. It’s the perfect size for my household of 2, thé shelves and door compartments are great. My frig is old, so with this being able to convert to a frig, I plan on buying another and using it in the house! Who needs a conventional frig for $2000 when you can have this for a fraction of the price!! Delivery and set up only took 20 minutes, and that included hauling off my old freezer. Excellent purchase!

Couldn't be happier. Arrived on time and undamaged. Easy to setup, was freezing cold in just a couple hours. Well lit and easy to get to everything. I'll never use a chest freezer again. I love how it turns off the fan when you open it so it isn't wasting energy blowing cold air out the door. I'm thinking about getting the larger one to use as a fridge, just wish it had an ice maker.

Freezers are hard to get these days that are either sold-out or not within 250 miles from where I live. I had been trying to buy one for over 2 months. I kept checking and checking Bestbuy for one. The Insignia 13.8 Cu. Ft. Upright Convertible Freezer/Refrigerator finally showed up at my local Bestbuy and I was there to snatch me up a freezer finally. I like that it can be used as a freezer or refrigerator. I will be using it as a freezer...needed one to catch the overflow of frozen foods and meats after shopping. Also, in the near future, I'm going to buy a quarter cow for the freezer to use in the future...and to be prepared. What I like about this freezer. 1. Size 2. Deep Glass Shelves 3. A Decent Light 4. I purchased 2 of these upright freezers because I purchased half of a beef, lots of meat. I split it with my son and actually I have room to add more. One I thought was really cool, not only does it have a lock on it, but you can switch it from a freezer to a refrigerator setting!! Win win

I am very pleased with this freezer and the way Best Buy handled the purchase. We ordered it online and it was delivered 2 days later. The delivery guys did an excellent job and took great care not to damage it. It works extremely well and it is very quite. I would recommend this freezer and Best Buy to anyone.

This refrigerator/Freezer is Awesome!! It comes with so much space. I love the front digital display. Making it easy and functional for the user! I also love the bright interior light. This is and outstanding upgrade from an original chest freezer! No more bending and having to take everything out to get what you’re looking for! I love the many adjustable shelves it comes with and the bottom pull out drawer! The stainless steel version adds so much class and elegancy to my kitchen! This is a definite must add to your home appliances! And is definitely worth every dollar spent! I’m thinking about adding another one to my home! 10/10 recommend

We absolutely love this appliance! It doubles as BOTH a full-size stand-alone refrigerator AND freezer in one stand-alone appliance.. What a great idea! And it’s big. You can fit as much (if not more) refrigerated food or frozen food in this appliance as your regular kitchen appliance. You have the option to go back and forth between using it as a refrigerator OR as a freezer. Just change the digital controls on the outside of the door! The digital control also has a feature to lock/unlock the settings that only you control. We keep this one in the basement as backup to store overflow or extra food that won’t fit in our regular built-in KitchenAid appliance in our kitchen. It’s a lifesaver, and even an energy saver. Ref

We purchased two of these units for our pantry. So far I love them, they are quiet and give us loads of extra refrigeration and freezer space. The accuracy of the temperature settings are spot on. The price point for them is very reasonable

I love Insignia products, just a great deal for the price. This freezer has glass shelves and an alarm/temp notification on the exterior of the drawer. I also like that it has an inset handle on top of the door as well as a regular handle on the front.

Emptied the contents of a full-to-the-brim 7cu chest freezer into this new 13cu upright and let it settle overnight. The temperature delta is excellent, swinging between 0.2 and -0.6 degF. As far as energy usage I am seeing about 77W for 10 minutes, and then off for 15 minutes. The unit is in the garage where the temperature fluctuates between 60-70 degF during my short test. If things change for the worse I will update my review as the garage temperature can get to up to 95 degF during the summer months.

Love our new freezer! It has plenty of room for everything!! Love the fact that it can be a refrigerator or a freezer. It’s doesn’t get any better than that with a digital display on the outside.

First ever upright freezer after having chest freezers for years. Upright freezer make finding what you want much easier. No more digging around to the bottom. Everything is right infant of you. This is also spot on with the temp. I put in two different thermometers, one on bottom and one on top, both are showing the set temp exactly. And it is also frost free. No more messy thawing and defrosting. With 13.8 Cu Ft., this freezer has tons of room for food, a spacious drawer at the bottom and lots of storage in the door as well. Easy to keep foods organized and within easy reach. This freezer is garage ready which is where it stands. It is an outstanding value for the price and we give it 5 stars.

Extremely spacious and easy to use. Fits extremely well in the garage. No complaints for our purchase. We actually compared pricing to Home Depot and we got more bang for our buck with this one. Larger and cheaper. I needed it for my milk supply as I was out of my inside freezer space.

These fridge/ freezer’s are fantastic. This is the second one I have bought. We have one setup as a freezer and the other as a fridge in our garage. They are great especially for a freezer cause you don’t have to hurt yourself trying to get something out of the bottom. The only thing I would suggest to the company is to make the door reversible, and that is the only thing I would change. They are great 2 thumbs up.

We've purchased many refrigerators and freezers from Best Buy and this Insignia convertible freezer is the best so far. It's very spacious and allows us to configure the shelves how we need them. Most of all, it's easy to operate (e.g., setting the temperature) and keeps food at the proper temperature. We keep our unit in the garage and it doesn't take up much space and looks good. I'd recommend this unit to anyone.

I love my new freezer! Delivery was very professional. The freezer is large enough for my needs and I love the fact that you can see everything without having to dig through frozen food to find your meat. I also love the fact that when you close the door it seals it and it displays a lock mode on the digital display, so you know the door is closed. It also has a beeping alarm if the door stays open. I am very happy with my purchase
