• No. But, it displays when the door opens and for a few seconds upon closing

• Yes, the display stays lit with the set temperature. There's also a door alarm that goes off if the door stays open too long. We have only had it for about 3 weeks, but so far we love it. It looks very nice and is quite roomy. We ordered it on a Wednesday and it was delivered 3 days later. The delivery guys were wonderful!
