• the lock feature only prevents the display from accidental changes temp set remains constant It does not lock the door

• I wasn't aware of this feature; but I noticed the other day that I could not reopen the door immediately after closing it. It took about 15-20 seconds to become unlocked. I am assuming this was to allow the freezer to reach the appropriate temperature again. (it was in freezer mode)
