Please try again later.It could be a problem with the internal thermostat, or it could be that the refrigerant is leaking out, but it could also be that you have an external heating or cooling unit (radiator, heating vent, window, hole in the wall, etc. An outside source of heat might overwhelm the power of the refrigerant unit in the freezer/refrigerator. The opposite is also true: an external source of cooling might cause the internal thermostat to work over hard to keep the refrigerator from freezing, thus actually warming up the inside. Only an HVAC specialist or refrigerator repairman could tell you for sure.
