Personally I would contact insignia customer support diectly but it also wouldn't hurt to contact Best buy first. But in my experience Best buy support is never any help and they're going to direct you to insignia anyway. just follow their site instructions and you should be able to find the part you need and it should be covered under warranty if it is a new chest freezer.
