My refrigerator is about 4 months old and I have the same problem with some liquid gunk that somehow seeped underneath and my refrigerator is spotless except for around the crisper cover. Why would they ever make something that can't be cleaned, I would've never bought it if I knew this. So for the next decade or two I am supposed to just live with looking at that mess. Unbelievable!! Terrible job Insignia!! Thanks Best Buy!!
