“How can I replace my door racks. They are broken.”

• I do not think there are replacements for the plastic door shelves. On the website www.partstore.encompass.com it lists all the parts for the Insignia refrigerator, however it says "not available" for each part. Too bad they didn't make the shelves in the door with a solid material, rather than plastic.
