I had this problem a year ago, and the culprit was the fan in the freezer quit working. Geek Squad fixed it...$120 for the diagnoses, $50 for the part and another $120 for the repair. A year later and I'm having the same problem. Diagnostic cost and repair cost are still $120, and I have to pay for the part again.
