Will this work from a iPhone 6plus to a microphone? null

Yes, these will work but you have to use the adapter to goto 1/8th aux plug from its quarter/phone plug...I would advise you use another cable tho, these cables are thick and the recoil will snatch your phone off and hang it if not careful

It is not compatible with headsets that have microphones.
