Will it work with rugged radio null

I am not familiar with the terms "rugged radio". However, the extension cable works for me both in house and outdoors. I work a lot around noisey, gasoline powered electrical generators. The extension cable in conjunction with my headphones and c.d. player - work well to mask the noise and delivers good music. As long as I don't over extend the length of the cable.
