If you download the Insignia WIFI app, you'll see that they are DISCONTINUING the app on November 6, 2019. We bought the WIFI model in August and the app seems to keep screwing with the freezer temperatures (raising them). We're not sure why they are discontinuing the wifi app, but good riddance if that is our problem. Not sure why they can't just fire the app development team and fix the issues, but apparently not.

Also be careful the listed dimensions for this model are incorrect on the site and in the description and to brochure. I had to call the warehouse and have them go out and measure the item to get the correct measurements
