Yes, the doors can be taken off.

I am fairly sure with the right tools the upper and lower hinge plates can be removed to free the door from the fridge. The manual does not speify if it can or cannot be removed. The door handle itself will not come attached to the door when it is unboxed. There will be wiring to contend with also when the door is removed.
