“Will this freezer work in my garage in the winter when the temp can be as low as 25 degrees, most seem to only work at 40F or above? thanks”

The advertisement for this freezer states that it is made to work in a garage. I just bought one and have had it for about a month now. Totally pleased with it. I put it in my garage and I live in the South so it gets hot. The freezer cooled with in 3 hours and was ready for food items. It makes no noise at all and has lots of room. Very glad I got it.
