Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I caught it and called them, it is incorrect in all their literature for this model. I had to have someone in the warehouse go out and physically measure it for me to get the correct dimensions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was looking to buy this product and wanted to be sure it would fit the space, I saw that 11 2/5 " depth and knew there was no way it was correct. I tried the "live chat" and all the guy did was look at the paperwork and comes back and says "yep, those are the right dimensions". I told him to quit looking at their wrong data and use his head to see that there is no way it's 11" deep. He had no answer. Now I see they can't fix it in 2 MONTHS.
