“The freezer does not get to freezing and I have waited the recommended time. What should I do?”

• -Have had this freezer for about a month now and it eventually got to a frozen temperature and I love it. I noticed since the interior is silver, it doesn't "look" frozen but it is freezing cold inside and my groceries are definitely frozen. Hope this helps :)

• If you've waited at least two hours since it was turned on its side still doesn't work it'll be a defective model return it and get another mine works perfect
