“My Panasonic Plasma TV switches off after 30 minutes when connected through the Insignia HDMI switch. When I connect my cable/Apple TV/other providers directly to TV, there's no problem. This appears to an issue with the Insignia product. Any solutions?”

• This product can pass CEC commands from your source devices. Try to turn off that CEC feature on your devices.

• There is nothing wrong with your unit, It’s the encryption imbedded on the HDMI. You will need to use a splitter that is compatible with HDCP. Place it before the HDMI switcher and everything will be back to normal.
