- Answer In the INSIGNIA Portable Air Conditioner Model NS-AC07PWH1 the voltage is 120. It has a protected regular plug, so you can plug it in a regular household receptacle. I am including a picture.

- Answer You should be fine for easily an entire night so you won't have to worry about it filling up and turning off during the night. And in dry mode you can also use a drain tube and empty it into a bucket or floor drain. I believe this unit is self evaporative so it will eliminate some of the excess moisture naturally.

QuestionMy ac us set up fine with the exhaust kit and all but there’s an issue. When i try to close the window to secure the exhaust it begins to make a humming sound. I’ve tried everything adding foam tape etc but the only thing that stops it is leaving it open

It sounds like there may be a loose seal or some other issue causing the humming sound when you try to close the window with the exhaust kit attached. We recommend checking to make sure the exhaust hose is properly installed and securely fastened. QuestionI've had my unit for less than a week. It worked perfectly until this morning - It's turned on, control panel etc. works, no error codes. Toggling between settings I can occasionally get it to blow for about five minutes and then it stops completely.
