  • QuestionWhy won’t my insignia ns-32f202na23 turn on? I was watching it, left the room, when I came back it was off and I can’t get it to turn back on. I’ve tried the tricks of unplug, hold the power button, plug back in then release the power button.

  • QuestionI have 4 of these TVs for my restaurant. However, every few hours the TVs prompt "Are you still there" and then turn off. The sleep setting is turned off but the TVs will still turn off on their own. How do I fix this?
