Scroll through the input options until you find the HDMI port connected to your DVD player, such as HDMI1 or HDMI2, and select it by pressing the "Select" or "OK" button. Ensure your DVD player is powered on and has a DVD inserted. This should allow you to switch to the DVD input and dismiss the channel scan message.
