Questionis the power adapter all i need to get the tv to work? for some reason when i plug it in, it says to scan channels with different options. do i need to purchase another thing to get it to work?? it didn’t come with anything except the power adapter!!

- Answer You need to scan the channels based on what kind of service you have. For example, cable. I found this to be a bit of a user unfriendly process.

- Answer The TV only supports one audio output at any time. You could try to use a 3.5mm splitter to connect headphones and a soundbar.

- Answer To the best of my knowledge no. It does not have a camera in the tv. I was curious about that myself. When I saw that there wasn’t a camera I didn’t wonder anymore. If I find a solution to that I will be let you know

QuestionWe are trying to set up a Shaw Cable remote control. So we need the TV to always power up on Channel 3 otherwise we have to use 2 remotes. I cant find in settings where to do this? Please advise if this is possible for this model Thank you

- Answer Try the Power On feature, when enabled, the TV turns on displaying the last used input. To activate it, go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.
