A:AnswerHi InsigniaCustomerSupport, thank you for your response, but you didn't answer the question that I had asked. I want to know what download speeds I should be getting with a wired connection and I was asking others what their experience has been. I'm only getting a maximum of 35Mbps d/l, which is quite disappointing since my ISP provides me over 10 times that speed. Even with a wired connection, I experience a lot of buffering and apps launch soooo much slower than they do on my Roku TV. So InsigniaCustomerSupport, please tell me what is the maximum speed supported by the ethernet port. Perhaps my TV is defective and needs to be returned. Thank you.
A:AnswerWe strongly recommend to use the included remote to fully control your TV.
Try the Power On feature, when enabled, the TV turns on displaying the last used input. To activate it, go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.

A:AnswerHi! This TV has different ports where you could connect a soundbar. My advice would be to check the available ports on the TV, and the cables that the soundbar has to connect, and this way you will be able to find the best option.

A:AnswerIf you are planning to use a web browser for streaming, you could try to connect a computer to the TV using an HDMI cable.

A:AnswerThis TV does not have a feature to close caption an Echo device.
Instead of an Echo Dot, try to use an Echo Show; it's an Echo device that has a built-in screen.
