A:AnswerYes it does Bob. Hdmi cable from pc or laptop to HDMI(1) on the side of the tv. When both or powered up be sure to change input on tv to HDMI(1). Mine is mainly used as a monitor. But I also restart tv to watch amazon prime as that's how mine usually starts up. Just remember to change the input to HDMI(1) using the remote. Hope this helps.

It does have plenty of other free stations which includes fox and CBS news out of New York. That would be a question that a Best Buy clerk could answer, as Insignia is their store brand. The TV itself is a real bargain.
