Can this connect to a PC or laptop? null

Yes it does Bob. Hdmi cable from pc or laptop to HDMI(1) on the side of the tv. When both or powered up be sure to change input on tv to HDMI(1). Mine is mainly used as a monitor. But I also restart tv to watch amazon prime as that's how mine usually starts up. Just remember to change the input to HDMI(1) using the remote. Hope this helps.
