Hi there. Been told the opposite: Is a NEW MODEL Call INSIGNIA at 1-877-467-4289 (M-F 9-5) Or try Manuals.com those guys have almost every manual for everything. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think it is discontinued... just bought one in the last month. However, the PDF manual on all three Insignia portable A.C. units I was looking at are corrupted and not able to be opened. Best Buy needs to fix that on its website. I wanted to use the manual to find the length of the heat-exhaust hose because of my unusual window arrangement, and couldn't open any of the manuals. Fortunately, the hose is quite expandable and more than long enough for what I needed.
