“The cord is not long enough to plug into the outlet with GFCI where the window is located. Questions: 1- Can I use a special 12 gauge, 15 AMP, 125 V, GFCI adapter extension cord? 2- If there are no dedicated GCFI outlets, can I not use the AC unit?”
