What kind of DVD player works with this tv ? null

My husband says that a Sony Blu-ray player works.

You can connect your DVD player to the AV input (red, white and yellow) or HDMI on the TV.

The tv will accept any dvd player. Just plug it into an HDMI input, chose that input and it works. Same as plugging a VCR into a tv in the old days
