“Why doesn't it show my bluetooth speakers as available to pair. Also why can't I store downloaded apps on the flashdrive. It recognizes it and shows available space on drive but apps don't give me the option to store. Associate said memory was 8gb. False.”

The Bluetooth in this TV is for the remote control. For speakers connect them to the 3.5 mm headphone jack. You cannot store downloaded apps on a USB flash drive.
