Try to do a factory reset go Home > Settings > Device & Software > Reset to Factory Defaults.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try a hard reset by draining the TV and start all over. To do this just unplug the TV first and then hold down the power button for about 4 min. Plug it in and start factory reset from 0. I don't know any other way. This happen to me and I did this and it started working fine. Next time when it is doing an update it shouldn't be interrupted till it is finish.
