“NO OPTION to change ASPECT RATIO or PICTURE SIZE - I can't find any way in any menu... 1/3 of the screen is black when I watch movies. Also on Youtube - PBS News and Democracy Now are missing videos when compared to roku in other room. Just odd.”

While watching Live TV, long press the Home button, then select Display to adjust the Picture Size and Aspect Ratio.
