Does anyone know how to fix the agitator? My agitator top randomly popped off during a load and now my agitator floats. Tried tightening the screw inside but now the agitator doesn’t spin. It’s only a year and a half old. null

Mine did the same thing.  Agitator just popped loose.  Reattched it but now doesnt work in cycle
