After washing cycle is complete there is water under the tub. It doesn’t touch the clothes or make them wet, but I’ve never had a washer that doesn’t completely drain the entire unit. Seems standing water could cause long term problems. Is this normal? null

The ACTUAL answer is NOT what INSIGNIA wrote. There should be ZERO water under the tub after a cycle completes. The solution was the water drain was a little too high. Since it was just a PVC pipe, I cut about 12" off to bring it down to about 36" from the floor and now there is NO WATER under the tub.

This is normal, it should not cause long term problems. Periodically run a Tub Clean cycle to clean the tub and dry the interior of your washer after a cycle.
