The ACTUAL answer is NOT what INSIGNIA wrote. There should be ZERO water under the tub after a cycle completes. The solution was the water drain was a little too high. Since it was just a PVC pipe, I cut about 12" off to bring it down to about 36" from the floor and now there is NO WATER under the tub.
