“After washing cycle is complete there is water under the tub. It doesn’t touch the clothes or make them wet, but I’ve never had a washer that doesn’t completely drain the entire unit. Seems standing water could cause long term problems. Is this normal?”

• The ACTUAL answer is NOT what INSIGNIA wrote. There should be ZERO water under the tub after a cycle completes. The solution was the water drain was a little too high. Since it was just a PVC pipe, I cut about 12" off to bring it down to about 36" from the floor and now there is NO WATER under the tub.

• This is normal, it should not cause long term problems. Periodically run a Tub Clean cycle to clean the tub and dry the interior of your washer after a cycle.
