Do your computer or dash camera have HDMI connections? HDMI is substantially different from USB.

You'll probably need an HDMI to micro or mini HDMI.* Check your manual on your camera. *Note: Micro and Mini HDMI are very different cable ends make sure you get the right one for your application.
